I am typically a small, but find OGL clothing fits me smaller so exchanged the S for a M. OGL fulfilled my exchange for a different item, I paid the difference and they told me to gift my S to a friend or keep it. Excellent customer service!

Sizing Inconsistencies and delays
My first experience with OGL was great, but when future orders were placed there were sizing inconsistencies which resulted in exchanges that took several weeks and then didn’t work out because of more sizing inconsistencies. I give up!

Great Company!
I ordered from the OGL website for the first time. I received my items and absolutely loved them, but they did not fit so I asked for an exchange. The company wrote me back after I put in for my exchange and said how about you keep your items and will give you a full credit for what you would like to exchange and all you have to do is pay $15 for delivery. I thought that was amazing. They made the exchange all about me the Customer and quickly fulfilled my new order with the credit. I received amazing customer service great communication and amazing products.
